You'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive excellent care and support and that our services are delivered safely and effectively.

Our ideal candidate has an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and previous experience in the domiciliary care sector. A deep understanding of good care principles, service user needs assessment, and care planning is essential. You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to establish rapport, and strong administrative and organizational abilities.

A full, clean UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes is a must. Also, you should reside within a 30-minute commute of central Bromley.
